This is a 1:1 service. Sessions are 45-60 minutes in length. Weekly or bi-weekly.

Included: assignments to work on in between sessions (can include journal prompts or exercise).

I am clinically trained as an art therapist, however, all this means is that I am a psychotherapist who can utilize art where/when appropriate.

I believe creativity is important and we thrive in expression when we are creating. However, I will never require that you make art as part of our practice.

I am currently offering telehealth sessions for those who prefer this option due to covid-19 restrictions.

In some cases, I will offer to meet you at a park, or location of your choosing (no home visits).

Perhaps you are looking to improve communication or work through things as a couple or as a family.

Sessions are 60-90 minutes in length.

perhaps you feel as though you don’t quite need therapy, but a place to bounce ideas or guidance through a very specific part of life. coaching might be a better fit for you!

Sessions are 45 mins in length and are offered individually or as packages.

(note: coaching is NOT appropriate when dealing with mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression or any type of therapeutic processing)

This is a 30 minute phonecall. We will take time to introduce ourselves. You can ask any and all questions you might have and this is a great chance to break the ice between us so we can get right down to work if you choose to work with me!
